My standard offer includes taking over all activities of the position. On top of that I'm helping you to improve your hiring requirements by giving you insights about what might be skills you have missed which are beneficial for this position. I also support you in potential candidate interviews by asking the right questions and after you've decided I'll on-board my replacement.
Our contract will run from a small minimum of just two weeks up to one year and we can negotiate early exits if this is beneficial to you. So I'll we not stand in the way of a proper replacement for your position.
